For owners — As the CEO, responsible for turning around an Australian SME from loss-making to a multi-million dollar sale transaction in 12 months. Currently advising business owners across Australia and New Zealand to create and unlock value, including through strategic acquisitions.
For teams — Developed and executed strategic plans through highly engaged teams. A diverse portfolio of clients from the locally-owned plant-based chocolatiers – Loving Earth, to the global pioneers – Disney. Delivered record-breaking in-store and online events through innovative new verticals.
For customers — Opened up previously uncharted distribution channels at GSK by introducing Lucozade to vending machines in nightclubs. This helped build a multi-million dollar profitable revenue stream and earned me the award as youngest ever salesperson of the year!

BUSINESS CAN BE A LONELY GAME.
When you start, you set out to challenge or change something meaningful to you — to build something.
You can see the upside, the top-of-the-mountain — but you can’t necessarily spot the potholes or the path from where you are.
At some point, you start to reappraise what you’ve learned and what you know, and then potentially turn your attention to what you’re missing.
At that point, you might appoint a CEO or hire a consultant who often tells you that they have the answer and that they know which lever to pull to get the result.
It all sounds good but in reality, the journey isn’t often that easy.
